Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who works with individual adults and couples, providing trauma-informed therapy for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related experiences. As a complex trauma specialist, Tracy believes that you have a “true self” that has never been- and will never be- damaged by what you’ve been through.

She offers a wide range of trauma-informed tools to help you trust yourself again, feel more grounded around others, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with your sense of power and self.

Tracy’s approach is centered on helping you befriend your nervous system and understand how your past and environment have shaped you—while building the resilience to move through whatever life brings. The pace of therapy is collaborative and guided by you, with space to explore your values, regulate emotions, and build distress tolerance in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.

Her work integrates modalities such as Internal Family Systems (parts work), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and more. Throughout the process, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to share feedback and shape the direction of your work together.

As a trans woman, Tracy brings extensive experience working with multicultural and LGBTQ+ identities, while warmly welcoming adults from all backgrounds. Clients often describe her as gentle, honest, genuine, and deeply validating.

Approach

  • You are not broken and do not need to be fixed- only understood, respected, and supported as a whole person

  • Therapy focuses on reconnecting you with your capacity to love and be loved, rather than simply “overcoming” pain

  • Tracy integrates both insight and practical tools to help regulate emotion, tolerate distress, and navigate relationships

  • Modalities include Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy

Education & Experience

Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University and is a Level 1 and Level 2 certified Gottman therapist.
