Fuller Counseling Group accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and Aetna insurance plans. For clients utilizing health insurance benefits, it is encouraged to call your insurance company to determine eligibility and benefits for outpatient mental health services, including deductible information and copay/coinsurance responsibility. Please note, clients are responsible for all deductibles and copays/coinsurance according to the health insurance plan.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.
Self-Pay:
We also accept self-pay clients. Fees for self-pay are as follows:
Individual Sessions: $130 – $175/session
Couples Sessions : $150 – $200/session
Family Sessions: $150 – $200/session
Bariatric Evaluation: $700
